Unconscious Bias Training

This online training involved a 33-step training module that was designed to improve my understanding of different types of biases within a workplace environment. The training included video excerpts and some interactive on-screen tasks.

Managing Sessional Advisers

2008-2009 – I managed our service’s sessional advisers and their contracts prior to the appointment of the Senior Adviser. This included managing 5 people in total, ensuring contracts and pay were authorised, and monitoring and supporting practice.
